The position is divided into different aspects, mainly you would be in charge of getting potential leads who are willing to sell their property in a certain time.
You will also be in charge of managing the CRM where all the information of said leads will be found, in turn, the management of SMS campaigns, use of Microsoft / Google tools will be necessary.
For this position you must have a successful, proactive profile and be attentive to details. Experience is a MUST
If you have experience running data comps in the MLS or Zillow, your profile will be prioritized above other applicants that don't.
To accomplish these tasks you'll need :
Real Estate experience / knowledge and sales experience
Cold Calling experience using powerdialers like mojosells or calltools
Inputting information into CRM using podio or reisimpli
High level of English (Bilingual).
Excellent Internet Speed (must be a minimum of 5MB download / 5MB upload / 30 ping)
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets experience
The compensation for this job is 600$+ a month
