Determines training needs by traveling with sales managers; observing sales activities; studying sales results reports and regularly collect feedback from sales network to analyze accurate training needs;
Liaise with sales leaders, training personnel and sales assistant to develop an effective training material or customizing the Global Training programs and sales training system that follows and supports HCVN’ strategy and Sales Training Procedures
Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s needs.
See the future in building training plan (yearly / quarterly / monthly) to assure training activities will be taken place smoothly and well prepared;
Plan, organize and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, which includes online and offline, to internal and external sales management level with highly productive, timely and professional;
Conduct training workshop for internal trainer and co-trainer team to develop their training capability.
Lead, take ownership & follow up training team’s performance to ensure the team achieves the target.
Lead training projects or join company projects to develop training programs and implementing projects as required;
Collect, analyze and assess training data results to find out training gap for continuously improvement;
Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hospitality Industry Management or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a professional trainer; and experience managing a group of 2 ->
Training experience proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
Must have a big picture focus in both departmental and company strategy
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies;
Strong planning, communication (written and verbal), presentation, facilitation, problem resolution and influencing skills required
Strong people management and leadership skills
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail / level of quality
Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems; visual aids technology.
Strong communication in English (oral & written)
