JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Participate in market surveys; analyze market data vs internal data to prepare reports on compensation trend line, make proposal for change and improvement on current rewards practice
  • Review current remuneration schemes, including salary, bonuses, benefits and recognition to ensure consistent application, internal fairness & external competitiveness;
  • Propose the new initiatives to bring competitive advantage on HR practice compared with market.
  • Manage the movement process (increase and decrease salary)
  • Coordinate with Trade Union to get approval for budget for programs related to employees
  • Manage budget planning, analysis & control timely & accurately
  • Manage reports related to C&B
  • Manager HR procedures and systems to ensure up to date, compliance with legal regulations and company policies
  • Participate in other C&B assignments and HR projects as directed

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • HAY job evaluation methodology is a MUST
  • Profound knowledge of Job evaluation, salary survey of Mercer, budget management and other relevant regulations and HR practice.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in C&B for large MNCs
  • Good level of English
  • Excellent Microsoft office
