This individual supports Amica’s new brand positioning by building and implementing lifestyle brand partnerships aimed to : Increase resident engagement and satisfaction by offering premium lifestyle experiences and services that enhance the Amica experienceDifferentiate from competitorsMinimize the stigma around senior living and increase Amica’s net promotor scoreEvoke emotions and develop meaningful connections to positively influence the decision-
making process and reduce price sensitivityStimulate storytelling and create strong PR opportunitiesDeliver partners who will provide new perspectives to better the well-
being and lifestyle experiences of residents and their familiesIncrease brand awareness and equity, aligning with partners that further extend Amica’s brand reach and saliency to targeted prospectsEssential Duties and Responsibilities : Strategic Brand Partnerships : Manage the company’s strategic brand partnership framework and strategy based on the needs of the company’s annual strategic plans and areas of opportunityMaintain a partnership idea matrix, continuously collecting new partner and program ideas from senior leadership, regional and residence teamsIdentify partners / partnership programs that enhance and support strategic brand partnership aims aboveManage partnership program execution by leveraging internal and external networks and connectionsPromote the partnerships internally and externallyIdentify and lead key cross-
functional internal teams who will vet partnership ideas and champion the partnership program at the local level and regional levels by building excitement, getting buy-
in and helping with local implementationEvaluate the value of the partnership by creating a business plan with cost benefit analysis, operational impact, estimated impact on budget and marketing value receivedNegotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners in collaboration with Amica’s legal councilDevelop strategic plans for partner program execution including product, marketing and operational strategiesMonitor, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners and implement changes as necessary with internal and external stakeholdersBuild and maintain relationships with potential and current partners and continuously think of new innovative ways to grow these partnershipsDevelop and maintain senior executive business relationships with external partners, acting as Amica’s brand representativeCorporate Social Responsibility : Manage the Amica Helping Hands Charity as follows : Lead cross functional team responsible for the annual holiday basket campaignLead the Board and Committee quarterly charity meetingsLiaise with Charity Board Members and C-

Potential sponsors and / or potential funding organizations for the basket campaign)Develop and execute a fundraising strategy for the Amica Helping Hands Charity including a major fundraising event and other donationsWork with C-
suite executives and external sponsors to manage fundraising for event; ensuring sponsors are obtained and properly recognizedProject manage and lead annual fundraising event from concept development strategy to implementationCreate event project plan including tasks, timelines, key deliverables, work back schedules, and develop and track budget, P&L and revenue status to ensure event operates within budgetManage internal and external team to effectively roll out the planHire and manage fitting talent and vendors that deliver an exceptional experience that aligns with the Amica brandReview and negotiate contracts with venue, caterers, suppliers and other vendors to ensure event requirements are metDesign event sponsorship strategy and associated benefits for sponsorsWorking with brand team and creative agency, manage the development of key event marketing materials including sponsorship package, program book, event signage, etc.
to ensure that recognition materials and sponsorship messages are consistently aligned with Amica brand standardsIn collaboration with PR, brand and digital teams, develop and manage internal and external marketing communication plan for the eventSource, lead, mentor and work collaboratively with the event volunteer planning committee to ensure that event is executed successfully as planned and on budgetIdentify risks and provide solutions to ensure all deliverables are metReport on annual post event evaluations, provide insights on what worked well, areas of improvement and where to focus efforts for future events to Charity Board and CommitteeRequired Skills / Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or business managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAt least 7-
10 years of relevant business experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environmentExperience developing and nurturing strategic brand partnershipsPrevious experience supervising employeesStrategic thinker who excels at coming up with original ideas and is able to executeAbility to proactively identify communications opportunities and develop supporting programsAbility to travel to Residences across Canada as needed (approx 30% travel)Proven analytical and quantitative skills including creating and evaluating business plans and cost benefit analysisStrong communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)Entrepreneurial creativity in identifying and developing business opportunitiesExperience managing complex projects and managing multiple tasks in parallel while meeting deadlines Experience working with Board members and C-
