The HR Mandatory Document Compliance (MDC) team is responsible for ensuring that all employees within our in-scope population possess a valid and signed Terms of Employment (TOE) / Offer Letter and a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) (where applicable).

Amazon's confidential information, intellectual property, strategies, and customer relationships are protected by the TOE and NDA.

The MDC team owns and implements global programs, processes, and reporting mechanisms that strive to ensure compliance in order to achieve this objective.

We are seeking an HR Technology Specialist to focus on delivering and improving the use of HR Technology solutions to enhance the employee experience.

The mission of the MDC Technology Operations team is to provides technical guidance and expertise for issue resolution and new solutions.

Our primary focus is to coordinate development efforts for new features and enhancements and address defects to improve the user experience.

As a member of this team, you will lead and participate in focused and strategic critical process design and improvement projects across all global regions and business lines.

You will learn and diagnose HR system issues, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, guide the improvement effort, and measure outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a background in HR systems (development and software operations) and continuous improvement methodologies with demonstrated operations management skills.

Key job responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal Mandatory Document Compliance (MDC) teams; diving deep to replicate issues, identify use cases, and address issue resolution
  • Work with cross functional teams to document workflows, use cases, develop acceptance criteria and understand new tech solutions needs
  • Develop user communications on new functionality
  • Partner with MDC stakeholders in larger project implementations
  • Assist with data analytics for project KPI success
  • Effectively communicate to senior audiences
