This is a home office position - Role can be performed from anywhere within Poland / Czech Republic / Slovakia / Romania
Position Description :
As part of the Getting Started team, the associate will provide ongoing support for new hires during the sign-to-start period and act as a support channel when new hires have questions.
The associate will be part of a pre-boarding help desk to provide support to the candidates about the hiring process and contingencies from the moment the candidate accepts the offer to their Day 1.
The ideal person will be organized, work effectively with internal and external contacts, have the ability to process large volumes of transactions, understand complex policies and apply them to candidate situations.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with a customer service focus that the world associates with expects from Amazon.
