JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support training class activities according to Training Plan to ensure accurate and timely processing of :
  • Define list of participant
  • Enrollment
  • Making BTR for trainers and trainees
  • Booking traveling and accommodation (If any)
  • Coordinate and provide training tools and materials.
  • Making data report of training activities
  • Manage training tools and equipment to prevent the risk of loss or damage.
  • Make and submit training expenses payment request of trainers and trainees, ST&D events to claim payment on time.
  • Record data filing to ensure meeting internal auditing’s requirements accurate and timely.
  • Other related duties requested by line manager.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education : At least graduated from College
  • Experience : At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Skills : Priority setting, Communication (in writing & orally), Cooperation, Problem solving
  • Technical skills : Be familiar to MS. Word, Excel; Be able to communicate in English with basic level; Be familiar to work with database.
